Here's Journal Club 11/12/21! Every week, I hold a JOURNAL CLUB. After filtering through the articles on the web, I present a few that impacted my life this week. Be safe and stay well!

• It's no surprise that investing in a multifamily market is a smart way to diversify your real estate investment portfolio. In fact, there are sufficient data available to support that claim. If you're looking for a solid reason to start investing, here's an interesting article – 5 Reasons to Consider Investing in Multifamily and Workforce Housing by the author over at Realty Mogul.

• Are you struggling with repaying your substantial student loans and looking for ways to knock them off sooner rather than later? Then the tips and strategies shared in this post by the author over at Credible could come in handy. Do check out their article – How to Pay Off $300,000 in Student Loans?

• Are you familiar with the recent social media trend on Twitter featuring “wrong answers only?” Then you'll enjoy this post. For those that aren't aware of this trend, you can get a sense of what it's all about in this entertaining read Why I'm successful at work: wrong answers only by the author of Tired Superheroine.

• Do you believe you can be a Millionaire? If yes, what do you think it takes to become one? And how soon can you achieve that? Interested to learn more? The author of The Scope of Practice believes everybody can be a millionaire and has done the math to support this theory. In addition, the author also shares a simple formula for making this happen in the article – You Can Be a Millionaire, and You Should!
