Here's Journal Club 12/17/21! Every week, I hold a JOURNAL CLUB. After filtering through the articles on the web, I present a few that impacted my life this week. Be safe and stay well!

  • What comes to your mind when you hear the term coach? Sports or athletes, perhaps? Well, did you know there are coaches available to assist people from different walks of life? Take physicians, for example – The author of The White Coat Investor shares a valuable resource available to physicians who seek support and guidance on a wide range of topics from career advice, dealing with burnout to life in general. Interested in learning more? Check out this article – Coaching Options for Doctors: Career, Life, Burnout, and More.
  • You're probably aware that investing in commercial real estate has the potential to offer a great return on your investment while keeping you on track to accomplish your financial objectives. However, finding a property to invest in isn't as easy as it sounds. For that reason, the author of Good Egg Investments suggests an alternative way of looking for deals in the article – 7 Tips for Finding the Best Off-Market Deals in Commercial Real Estate
  • Those with kids would agree that being a stay-at-home parent is as good as having a full-time job. To some, it comes naturally, while others seem to get the hang of it as time progresses. Either way, being a stay-at-home parent is no cakewalk. In fact, some would argue that being a stay-at-home parent is harder than working full-time. However, the author of Retire by 40 has a different perspective on the subject based on his several years of experience as a stay-at-home dad. The author shares the ups and downs of his journey so far in the article – Being a Stay-At-Home Dad Is Easy.

That's all for this week! I hope this week's journal club was helpful.
