Passive real estate investing is investing in real estate without being involved in the day-to-day operations. Examples of investments like these include syndications, real estate funds, crowdfunding opportunities, and REITs.
Passive doesn't mean that you don't have to do anything. You still need to do your due diligence before putting your money in. In this podcast, I'll share the ten things that you need to understand before investing in a passive real estate deal.
Now, let’s look at four things that we discussed in this episode:
- What is passive real estate investing
- Benefits and downsides of being a landlord
- Three things to create passive income
- Two rules of investing
- 10 things you must understand before investing
Here’s a breakdown of how this episode unfolds…
When it comes to your future and your family's future, you don't want to rely on mostly luck and again crossing those fingers and just hoping for the best.
My advice would be to get a really good understanding of one asset class initially.
The more equity that you have in a deal, the safer it's considered.
