None of it happens without you investing. Just like investing in stocks, I guess for the long run, you don’t get rich overnight. It takes time for these deals to happen and to turn around, for it to sell, and your wealth does grow.
Figure out whether you need to make adjustments as you go based on the cash flow that you are getting upon the deal and the updates that you are getting.
