Every couple of weeks, I plan on holding a JOURNAL CLUB. A topic will be chosen, and after manually filtering through the millions of articles out there, I’ll present a few that I think are extremely helpful. This will help lay the foundation for some of the topics that we’ll delve into deeper on this website.
This month’s journal club will focus on everyone’s favorite passive income producer:
REAL ESTATE
Well, it may not be everyone’s favorite, but it definitely is mine. I don’t hide the fact that I believe that there is no other better vehicle for long term wealth creation.
However, trying to tackle the topic of real estate in a few articles is like trying to teach someone how to be a doctor by giving them a Maxwell Pocket Guide (remember this thing?).
The task may seem daunting, but if you stick with me over time, we’ll break this subject up (and every other passive income-producing machine) into bite-sized chunks and we can learn & discuss together. Let's start with:
